We were finding dead mice in our house with no blood or signs of trauma. We finally saw what was happening. When our cat encountered a mouse she didn't bite it like a normal cat. She beat it repeatedly with her paw until the mouse died from internal hemorrhaging. Kitty is a psychopath.
