the knicks' ring ceremony was cool. i think marriage should be between two people but at the end of the day it's not really about what i think
Show PostPenguin Colony might be my game of the year, good god. please go play it. there is a spark of legitimacy and depth and insight in its narrative that is so so rare in games writing. it's so special.
Show PostMy stance: anything with AI disclosure simply cannot be a part of events like nextfest or the like. If they're not going to outright ban AI content from the platform, they can at least exclude it from events where people who actually give a shit have put in effort.
Show PostNext Fest was already a bit of a pointless exercise for 90% of devs. Now the AI slop has made it entirely pointless for 99% of devs I don’t really know what Valve can do about this, but I think it’s fair to say that we pay them well enough, that it would be nice if they’d bloody do *something*
Show Posti know we are all aware we are up to our knees in slop but next fest is maybe the most tangible/hellish example of it so far. got actively distressed while browsing the demos last night
