He looks like his fitness is lacking. Puffy and lethargic. Real Madrid has done him no favors. I think making the transition back would immediately result in a laundry list of small but persistent injuries.

Head because although he’s great with the ball he can’t defend, or doesn’t try hard enough to. Heart because he shafted the Club and denied them a £100m transfer fee to bin a huge signing in fee in his back pocket. Anyone who screws the Club over like that is finished with me.
