Three years of waiting, and now this sweet baby finally gets a family. Deaf dogs deserve just as much love as any other dog. Wishing them a lifetime of happiness together.

Every time a see a rescue like this, and see your work on this one dog, I get a feeling that there is a real reason we do those things that has nothing to do with our conscious minds. We do this because we can do no other. Thanks for being there for Marie.

I have 17yr old Chihuahua that went totally deaf, we both gradually learned our own form of sign language. It's as if nothing has changed in the 17yrs he's been with me. Funny thing is, our other hearing dogs, all learned it as well and react to it.

I had a dog who went deaf and she reacted depending on vibrations. The positive side was all my neighbors thought I had the best trained dog in the our area because she didn't react to sound. She passed in my arms when she was 15. still missing my Cleo!
