It's one of the most studied supplements out there. Not really a downside to it. Everyone's biochemistry is slightly different, so results may vary.

Good breakdown and overview. I am increasingly concerned about the “supplements boom” and random brands pushed on social media or by influencers. It is extremely rare for people to question supplements and really looks for things like NSF, 3rd party testing, and importantly any Side Effects.
