Mom passed away on Tuesday at 17.45. We all gave her hugs and kisses, she drank a cup of tea, and then she went. Her organs went to 4 different people which offers me more comfort than I expected. She really is a pioneer. But we are all super sad. I miss her so much already.
Show PostThe funeral went very well. 220 people came. The room was filled with flowers. My speech went well and I got a lot of compliments. My 8 year old nephew read a fable and he did so so well. It was very affirming to see everyone here being sad about mom.
Show PostQuick follow up to my book fair. Unfortunately weather was not good and turnout of potential buyers was extremely low. Myself and quite a few other authors blanked but it was good to meet up with fellow writers and share our stories with each other #booksky #bluesky
