Oh, I went last year & wrote some recs for the iPaper: inews.co.uk/inews-lifest... Had good/cheap Michelin meals in Kaunas, but for Vilnius, beer places were Nisha Craft Capital, Būsi trečias and Craft & Draft. If you get across the river, there's also Food Hall Baltasis tiltas for grub & beer
