Interesting that they are specifically using "share of the applicant pool" and not "share of the general population". Seems like an obvious way to disrupt whatever bogus ruling this corrupt court delivers is to increase the applicant pool.

this all sickens me....the bold and expansive racism which has infected too much of america has got to be addressed... it is as if they are saying they want slavery back. at best!! and i suppose eliminating ethnic groups is next step and we are nicely setting up with GEO ICE & all to tackle that
