Flip side: a LOT of ND students struggle with perfectionism and or time blindness. A lot of what I do with my students is emphasize that it’s perfectly ok to turn in work that’s not entirely finished/perfect, that it happens all the time irl

We went outside to admire our new gravel in the perfect fall sunlight, in case you’re wondering what peak Olds looks like. It’s nice gravel and it was NOT cheap.
