I tend to grind herbs 4 tea to conjure a vision: using lavender, valerian root, Egyptian Blue Lotus , chamomile and some jasmine. With honey before bed.. I tend to have some vivid dreams! Have you tried with the theta to alpha wave threshold? So 6 to 10 Hz binaural beats. High theta to low alpha. Whereas they might not be lucid lucid, they are definitely vivid per se and almost like real. Also the 144hz, 852hz and 963hz combination via the Frequency Generator V.4 app.

I think I have collected the entire Monroe library and still have had no success lol this practice is just not for me 🤣 I've successfully taught it to others numerous times and it's worked brilliantly. But it is, sadly, bitterly, not for me 😭😭😭🤣😅🖤
