Go play Rubble Town. It is insanely good at being representative, simple, and quick, and is a urban wargame by a man who's PhD is currently on urban wargaming. Just a really excellent game!

Hey Mom! I am famous!!! @snafustore.bsky.social Operation Bøllebank has been nominated for the Charles S. Roberts awards!!! Very grateful to the committee and once again a testament to the team behind the game: @marcfigueras.bsky.social and Oscar Olivier (developers and >) and artist Nils Johansson

Every so often, you play a game and think ‘that couldn’t have gone any better’, which was the case with this afternoon’s visit to 1461. We played a scenario of the 2nd Battle of St Albans using Midgard Heroic Battles #wargaming #miniatures #warsoftheroses #spreadthelard #nerdlings

Weekend Gaming: Valiantly fighting fires as series of comically poor rolls has the Germans firebomb north London non-stop during the Blitz, and a playtest of my boarding action rules against space bugs. A few tweaks needed and equipment cards to be made but it's mostly there!
