Brandon Daniels, the CEO of Exiger, data supply chain / AI-native XYZ company, just used that term on Trey Gowdy’s show. The lingo is too much, and idk if it’s accomplishing the Trump-aligned industry execs’ goal of putting the public at ease.

Believe it or not, if you’ve paid off your home you are still a member of society and still need to pay for society. Now if you want to ask why homes—the dominant form of wealth among non-rich people—are relatively alone in forms of wealth that are taxed in the US, that is a different question.
