Its been brought to my attention that there may be a debate on Bluesky about our fosfomycin letter to CID and IDSA guideline response. Let me be clear. There is NO debate. One on side are 5 RCTs and a large observational study. On the other? An opinion based on purported evidence that doesn't exist.

My 2024 holiday splurge was on a gaming laptop, which inexorably (and within a couple weeks) instead became the Microsoft Excel / systematic review laptop. Sigh.
