I remember us going into early morning lectures still in our old man pyjamas. We turned up late to our history exam going down the steps of the lecture hall on our kneed singing hiho hiho it's off to work we go. I think we were considered a bit mad.

Just thinking back to my first year at uni, my roommate and I were older than the rest, and were eerily similar in terms of sense of humour. I don't think we took a single thing seriously in the whole first year. There was an immense amount of what Zappa called eyebrow.
