I’m having a big emotional day today. Just been crying away to the Moomins for an hour or so 🥲 really miss my mum. No matter how old I get, I still need my mum and wish so much I still had her. It’ll be 16 years without her this year. I know she’d be proud of me and would love her granddaughter ❤️❤️

I'm excited to get emails about possible NICE revision to the OCD treatment guidance (it's 20 years old). All exposure work (for every anxiety issue) is exposure and response/ritual prevention (ERP). Stop telling me that ERP is an adjunct to CBT. CBT for OCD without exposure is not CBT for OCD.
