Nothing says Ill NEVER be able to do that again. But going back to square one -- just feels sad Makes me feel like a failure, but I didnt fail myself, my body did. it just sucks But you know -- if square one is where I gotta start, well Ill work hard at that square to get to two, then three, etc

It hurts man. It hurts to be sick, it hurts to know I, for a long time, cant do the things to the level I used to It felt shitty to hear my doctors say that I have to basically do very light strength training because my body has used so much of itself to...exist. I used to deadlift 200lbs

Im grateful that certain things, like singing and dancing -- I still am capable of -- ironically cardiovascular things are whats encouraged right now by my doctors given how much Im known to LOVE treadmills /sarcasm But ill take what I can get
