(FWIW: I have been using a nebulizer 2x/day and taking Benzonatate 2-3x/day and as a result the extreme coughing fits have decreased in frequency, if not severity.)

Just had an extended panic attack that I'd lost my laptop, WHILE I WAS USING SAID LAPTOP, because apparently "I will outsmart my OCD by keeping my meds in a drawer" just opened another window for it to come in through. Brains are exhausting.

My 4-year-old nephew demanded to see me and tell me "I love you" 3 or 4 times while video chatting with my brother (who is visiting for the weekend) and that was very healing. Small children are the cutest.
