Let's see: $50 BILLION for a pipeline that will help pump 100,000,000 TONS of carbon into the atmosphere, worsening climate change. $2 BILLION to heat pump retrofits to "reduce emissions". Seems hypocritical doesn't it? 25X as much to put carbon INTO the environment? What say you?
