This is for the *TWO YEAR OLD*. AND. We can't even get her on COBRA. Our new income is too high for her to requalify for kiddo Medicaid, so now we can't get her new coverage on the exchange. And since she was on CHIP previously, there's no previous employer insurance to extend (so no COBRA).
