Yes we just recently had a farmer from Iowa on the news that said he was now paying $75,000 dollars a month more for fuel cost, but he could get by. WHY DON'T WE HAVE A CAP ON THE SOCIAL WELFARE PROGRAMS PAID OUT TO THE RICH, INSTEAD OF A CAP ON THE ONES THEY PAY TO THE GOVERMENT?
