Concerning trend I see online is using social justice language as a mask when talking about issues that at their core are interpersonal conflict. There is nothing wrong with feeling anger, envy, or hurt towards someone, but we need to talk about this in private with our support circles.

OMG YES!!!! It's legit the best thing ever. Plus it's SO much easier to let something like that happen naturally as opposed to begging and pleading every single time solely just to have your egotistical"number go up" quota be met. It's seriously not that hard!!
