I think Jax TADC is important because being an absolute piece of shit doesn't make you any less trans or give other people a right to police your identity.

One thing I like about Jax as a character is she represents the worst version of the trans experience. Being so repressed and internalized it is taken out on others. I have interacted with trans individuals like this. And sadly in the end, it's up to them to change or not. It is a very sad reality.😔

Something that I admire her for is that her sweetness doesn't stop her from defending herself whenever she's disrespected In other works, those qualities tend to be portrayed as women's weaknesses, while in tadc, Pomni's love is her own strength, is the fuel that keeps her going. I love her so much🩷
