This is the best looking sourdough I've ever baked. It's a rosemary and onion loaf. About 4 weeks ago I started playing around with feeding levels, timings, and using a stretch & fold technique (instead of 15 minutes of kneeding)... and it seems I might be onto a winner. #baking #bread
