it's a pedestrian path. I don't want to worry about where I'm walking on a pedestrian path so some stupid golf cart carrying three people can go 20 mph an hour. the horn is super loud and causes physical pain in my ears. it's the most carbrained approach to a pedestrian path I can imagine
