PBM consolidation gets a lot of attention these days, but I'd still look at the whole drug pricing chain. Manufacturers are setting the starting prices too, and some of those prices are already extremely high.

Finally have some good news proper on my dad’s condition. Since being moved to a specialised neurology ward, his condition has improved massively. Much much less confused. And his blood pressure seems to be holding much steadier. Still early days but having seen him today, he’s improving greatly.

At my doctors appointment my doctor went into a rant about communist AOC. I asked him to define communism. He couldn’t. I told him to stop talking to patients about things he knows nothing about.
