Good lord. That’s incredible that you had more awareness of a stranger’s health situation than his own psychiatrist. Presumably the doc would then have had some response to what you told him but it doesn’t reflect well on the medical system.

I’m seeing a whole lot more people begging in Launceston lately also…3 in a small portion of Brisbane Street the other day many seem to be surrounded by their worldly possession, so assume they may also be homeless…we should do better than this
