In a democracy based on freedom and the rule of law, we don’t jail public officials—or anyone—because of policy disagreements. We need everyone to repudiate this nonsense because a president cannot act as a prosecutor, judge, jury and dictator.

Rep. Jamie Raskin has sent letters to four of the nation's largest banks demanding information related to "more than $1.5 billion in suspicious financial transactions flagged by the banks tied to sex trafficking crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and their co-conspirators."

Shapiro: I filed that amicus brief last night to make it very clear that the Pennsylvania National Guard is under my command. The way the President has chosen to deploy the Guard in other states—and, in at least one case, deploy the Guard from one state into another—is extremely dangerous.

It's ironic that people say they are "escaping reality" by going on walks and hikes, reading a book, spending time with their family ... because they aren't staring at a pocket sized rectangle that tells them things from strangers (no offense) that they can't change or affect.
