For me it was the "Occupy Mars" bullshit. Sure he took a lefty slogan... But if you actually read the plans it was outright a "company town" plan for Mars... Full corpo "human lives are resources to be used and or discarded at our whim" bullshit... With an extra 10~20M miles on the escape plans.

The fact that multiple safety people had signed off on it... Not just the internal Apple minions but the local fire marshal as well — that also makes it the perfect illustration for the corporate money being able to overrule absolutely everything, on every level. (At least in the US.)
