Just to add—I’ve been an emotional wreck since the miscarriage, randomly bursting into tears and burrowing into dark corners of my mind. Today, after writing and sharing my story, I felt lighter. Went for a walk. I know it’ll keep hitting in waves, but sharing the load of grief can be extraordinary.
