As a life-long member of the "fluffy girls" club, I agree with this. Using body shaming and fatphobia screams insecurity for yourself more than it will hurt us. A good portion of overweight people have probably been called worse as kids.

I honestly think the majority of cis people are upset by trans existence, especially nonbinary existence, because as children we were all told there were things we weren't allowed to do or be or feel or say because we were a girl, or because we were a boy. I honestly think that's unhealed trauma. 🧵
