You don’t know what people who don’t want to engage aren’t telling you, but fraud has literally come up once (Ward 6). A very earnest guy had heard the Ron Schutz ads about Ellison. I think I was able to give him the fuller pic (Keith’s office putting away more fraudsters than anyone).

Haven’t detected a clear signal like “DFL trifecta“ or “all is lost.” We’re now working to get DFL “falloff voters” who sometimes miss midterms to have a plan to vote this year. An interesting Maple Grove thing: no GOP lawn signs in yards where I knocked. Lots of DFL. But lawn signs don’t vote!

Doorknocking purple places, you do gain an appreciation for the Klobuchar lawn signs. They’re an invitation to seal the deal for Peggy & Keith. So far so good there. Fave convo today was the 71-year-old Maple Grove dude who was furious about ICE. Don’t write the burbs off, city slickers!
