The awesomeness of Parkrun. A 90+ year old did her first run with her family at Christmas. Now back home, she has joined our merry band of parkrunners, being Parkwalker today. Dad also did his 150th, having done his first in 2021. It really is never too late to start #Parkrun 🏃♀️
