Plus the yard sales are to clear out all the stuff here from 3 households. We've made a small dent in it. The milk glass, antique dishes, other collectibled will be a BIG job and I'm not able to tackle right now.

Thinking the dishes and milk glass I could sell to one or two dealers and drive it to them if needed. But that may be wishful thinking. Also have a side server, grandfather clock, trestle table with benches...stuff that is hard to sell unless I give it away.

We have fleeting thoughts of remodeling the kitchen and some work in the full basement but contractors...just a nightmare. Plus I would be here ALL day and watching every move, would ask for full info up front and hubby just says they'll do a good job...till they don't.

Glad you are getting some sleep. Hubby and I are fine. 2 yard sales a year are the max around here and we have had 2 successful ones this year. I've gone to weekly for the deep tissue massage now and have adjusted to the change. She does stretches I can't do alone.
