Aside from my shoddy attempt at recounting the drama, I stand by the words I said in that piece. I may even recycle some of them for future entries. However, I don't stand by how I communicated those words. One key lesson here is *what* you say is often not as important as *how* you say it.
Show PostAll in all, any think pieces I create that solely focus on community commentary won't be included in future devlogs. The main reason I wanted to delete this think piece is that it doesn't belong among the other devlogs and the Chord Progressions body of work.
Show PostAdmittedly, the other ~10% of the time is for pettiness or comedic effect. Recounting the drama didn't do much in service to my overall message of trying to promote community healing and creative health. I could have, and should have, left it out entirely, vague-posting accusations be damned.
Show PostI felt the need to explain *something* for the sake of not be accused of "vague-posting". I know I developed a bit of a reputation for it. I'll be honest, ~90% of the time, it's because I'm uninterested in meticulously recounting every detail of "the situation" every time I comment on something.
