#mihriqotd mihri made no appearance whatsoever in any kind of written records until she joined the adventurer's guild in ul'dah, where she technically wrote down "mihri ninaka mek'yovh," "mek'" meaning "daughter of" but eorzean convention means just "mihri ninaka" is what gets recorded by others

(it means "fair cliffs", so seemed like a reasonable pick for a lominsan version of that kind of name. he doesn't know who his father was and never knew his mother's surname, or even if she had one to speak of)
