I am just very tired of everything being a bit shit and/or dirty and/or broken and/or not fit for purpose and/or unecessarily stressful and expensive. I am more tired of people pretending it's all fine/normal or that anything wrong is probably because of refugees or brown people or vaccinations.

Heartbroken to wake up to the news of the attack at Berlin Pride. It reminds me of the feeling so many of us had when we heard about the shootings at Pulse in Orlando. "Do you really still need Pride?" we are often asked, condescendingly. In some ways, more than ever.
