Honest answer: I dont know. Just thinking broadly what a digital Zettelkasten should look like in the age of LLM's. I feel like it should probably replace linking. So you have semantic organizing by embeddings and cognitive ordering by MoCs.

I like Obisidian and eg their canvas feature, it's free and flexible and has a good usability vs lock-in-risk ratio imo obsidian.md/canvas

I feel there are two types: ones with auto layout and ones where you can move bubbles around. If you into a more moving things ar I'd recommend Obsidian (canvas option). Obsidian you can link to actual notes which is neat or pdfs as well. If you want an auto option there is also Mindnode!

@obsidian.md, @stephango.com Any reason the code for Obsidian Publish isn't straight HTML? Was hoping to make an RSS version, but the janky CloudFlare embed thing isn't remotely compatible.
