Yeah, makes sense: they consent to sex after taking a substance that famously alters, to great effect, your ability to conceptualize risk or understand what you're consenting to. Unless all parties involved are clearly consenting, it's rape. "But they -" It's rape. "Yeah but see-" Still rape.

Interesting. I've done the training that UC (California) requires and it's pretty clear that intoxicated people cannot meaningfully consent. I didn't know it varied that drastically between states.
