A nice adult Ross's Goose was a turn up with Pink-footed Geese in fields south of Morecambe this afternoon. It showed moderately well hence the highly sharpened images! #RareBirdsUK #Birding

Very little on the #WestrayBirding front today but the morning was livened up with a pod of Orca (the 27s with bull 34) seen taking a sea just off the beach near the house. Only my second Orca sighting of the year and one of two pods seen in Orkney waters today. Images are in order.
