For me it was most helpful to reframe giving talks. Not seeing it like an exam-situation where I have to do everything perfectly, but as an opportunity to present the stuff that I worked on so hard to like-minded human beings who are interested in what I have to say. Makes me enjoy giving talks 😊

Idk if this is the right way to use it but I often use it inside mutate() to effectively perform rowwise operations when rowwise() is too slow
