i think the only change in my opinions re: AI safety since this post is that i'm now mildly concerned with rogue intelligence—not as an existential threat but as a "oops i forgot to tell Claude make no mistakes and accidentally bricked the NYSE" problem

Updated the chart with more info. Bombing could only ever have gotten us what we're seeing now: slowing down the uranium pathway and *maybe* foreclosing the plutonium one. Both temporary for a determined state. JCPOA got us vastly more security in areas which you simply can't get with force.
