Yeah honestly it's been a week as a Black Autistic ADHDer in academia. A bunch of us in the neurodiversity community literally wrote a paper on myths surrounding neurodivergent conditions, the harms they cause and ways to counteract them. 👇🏽 osf.io/preprints/ps...

A year ago it seemed almost impossible to fund science. It still does. But a JIT request for an R01 and a 7th percentile R01 score in the same day feels like winning the lottery in these times.
