When approaching Lucifer I wanted to lean into the Fallen Angel side of him. He wasn't a bad guy, he was a dreamer who fell in love and defied an unjust system. He isn't a tyrannical evil ruler, he's a cosmic being trapped in what is considered his greatest mistake. He was beautiful and prideful!
Show PostIt should go without saying this limitation has wider reaching implications and it is NOT the last time it's relevant, but I found this a much more interesting thing to explore. Lucifer has no reason to care about his kingdom, he cares about his family, and his hellborns and that's about it. lol
Show PostIf we had had enough runtime or episodes we wanted more time spent with Alastor and the other two Vees. The closest was that scene with Velvette, but I'm glad people took away the right thing from it! Haha Alastor would weirdly get along with them. Which would just piss Vox off more lol
