Show PostIt can't be female due to how DVs (ancient IVs) were what determined a pokemon's shinyness. Female pokemon can't have DVs that can make them shiny if they're gender ratio is 7M-1F like starter pokemon

Gender is determined by Attack DV, split down the middle from 0/15, and species with 12.5% Female chance (starters) can only be female with an attack DV of 0 or 1, so yeah it's impossible to get female shiny starters
