tbc, I think exalted whips and actually deals with gender decently in most places but this explains why they decided to include the classic "degendered trans woman is a enlightened third gender actually" thing

Once the dust settled I was just relieved I was told I handled it all with grace After it was all over I honestly felt sorry for her. Not for the abuse, and not to excuse it, but for for how deeply insecure she clearly was about so much. I didn't forgive her, but didn't hate her. I just pitied her
