Proper SNA provision is essential , but the provision of learning support hours has been absolutely slashed . Children need both to supported in school .

I teach children with additional needs . The lack of supports in primary schools is scandalous. The SNAs have been cut to the bone . Yes, that child is in a wheelchair, but can’t their classmates help to push it ? I wish I was joking .
