What is the obsession with setting off fireworks and firecrackers at rude hours of the night, during a weekday when it’s NOT the 4th of July?! Luckily, my dog is knocked out and the tv drowned most of it out. The neighborhood dogs, however, are barking (cussing) in shock and fear.
