Unfortunately, laws passed passed in CA, NY, AR, OH, etc. failed to address these issues. States pushed their proposals ahead despite warnings from NetChoice, @chamberofprogress.bsky.social, @ccianet.bsky.social & FIRE. When challenged, courts enjoined the laws because of their 1A defects
