Another reader writes: In Russian they seem to be going for Граф Урнолиций Граф (graf) = Count Урно- (urna) = bin (from урна, but modified as compound noun) -лицый (litsiy) = adjectival form of face "Made even better as it hints at избирателбная урна (lit. "Electoral bin"), i.e. a ballot box"
