Show PostThe Youth Theatre Census was the biggest survey of youth theatres in England since 2011. It was created by a consortium of NPO-funded youth theatres and led by me and the researcher Ruth Stevenson. An incredible 414 youth theatres responded to the survey, from pretty much every part of England.
Show Post1. Youth Theatre is big. It works with more than 100,000 young people, and is run by more than 9,000 salaried staff, freelancers, volunteers and trustees. It reaches a total audience of more than 470,000 people.
